Governance

Model

The community is solo-led — all decisions belong to the host.
This is a deliberate choice, informed by the experience of Zengineers.Community where collective governance led to a split.

Pauses are an official format

A "seasonal pause" (2–4 weeks) is a built-in format, not a failure.
Always announced publicly in advance.
