1. Warmth over scale

The goal is not a million views. The goal is 50 people who are genuinely engaged. A small stream where everyone knows each other beats a large one where nobody cares.

2. Technical and human — equal

Breaking down a new React API and a story about burnout after relocation are equally important. IT is not just code. It's a way of life.

3. No perfectionism

A stream without perfect lighting is better than one postponed because "we need to prepare more". A live coding mistake is not a failure — it's learning together.

4. Safe space for "stupid questions"

There are no questions that are embarrassing to ask. Toxicity and condescension toward beginners — not here.

5. Reality over marketing

No "top-5 success secrets". Real stories, including failures. If something didn't work out — better to say it openly.

6. Belonging for those far from home

The community brings people from different countries together. Emigration means isolation for many. This is a place to be "among your own" wherever you are.
